5 vs 5 Soccer on Indoor Turf
**We will either start on Monday, Nov 16th or the following week. If we start 11/16, we will skip the week of Christmas (12/21).
Join us for our 5 vs 5 winter soccer session. Each team is guaranteed 6 weeks of play! Each team will play four or five weeks of regular-season games, followed by one or two weeks of playoffs. If your team is eliminated in the playoffs, we will still have consolation games for you all!
Please note that there is a team minimum of 8 players. After the 8th player, more players can be added at a reduced cost. Captains can determine if they want to use TeamPayer to split the team cost or they can pay the whole balance, and players reimburse them.
The basics:
4 field players and a goalie
4 players minimum to play
Size 5 ball
One female player required, a maximum of four male players on the field at one time
Referee fees for playoffs are included in your registration

Our corporate team are degreed exercise physiologists with a combined over 40 years of hands-on experience delivering various PNF, static, and dynamic stretching techniques across many demographics and age ranges. We hold our therapists to the highest standard in the industry. In order to be considered for the STRETCHMED® Certified Stretch Therapist (CST™) training program, all candidates must have a related exercise science degree. All must then complete our rigorous 100-hour CST training program. STRETCHMED® Stretch Therapists use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques in 50-minute 1-on-1 stretch sessions anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week, depending on the needs and goals of our clients. All stretch appointments end with percussion therapy, to accelerate and enhance tissue repair by maximizing blood flow and muscle relaxation.
